We offer ‘no win no fee’ payment terms for some litigation matters, where the merits of the case and the nature of defendant permit. Please contact our firm, so that they can assess your case and determine if this may apply to you.

If you prefer certainty, we will set a fixed fee to achieve a specific outcome. This means we do not use hourly rates. The fee is usually payable upon commencement of your matter.

That means, in some cases, we do not charge you when we pick up the phone or send an email. We are big on long term relationships with our clients and we measure the value of our services largely by whether you come back.

Your first meeting with The Hill Firm At Law is called an initial consultation. We like to sit down and meet with each potential client and learn more about the legal issues that you are facing. If you are unable to attend a consultation at our office, we can in most cases accommodate you by conducting the consultation via phone conference.
